Privacy Policy

Pixoobi is operated by Jakub Brezovský, IČO: 04816951, Orlí 491/16, 602 00 Brno-město, Czech Republic ("we", "us"). We are committed to protecting your personal data. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights under GDPR and applicable Czech and EU law.

• Email address: for account registration and communication
• Full name: for your profile and branding
• Photos you upload: for enhancement processing in the Pixoobi system
• Usage data: pages visited, features used, processing statistics
• Payment information: processed securely via Stripe (we do not store card details)

• Photo processing: enhancing, decluttering, and adding your logo in the Pixoobi system
• Billing: managing your subscription and payment history
• Communication: sending emails about the service (confirmations, processing status, billing, product tips and news)
• Service improvement: understanding usage patterns to improve the product

We work with the following data sub-processors to provide the service, under Article 28 GDPR. We have a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) in place with each, or rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) for transfers outside the EU.

• Vercel Inc. (USA): web app hosting and performance metrics (Web Analytics, Speed Insights). EU regions for serverless functions. US transfer under SCC + Data Privacy Framework.
• Supabase Inc. (USA, infrastructure in EU): authentication and database. Our data is hosted in the EU region (Frankfurt). DPA available on request.
• Cloudflare Inc. (USA): photo storage (R2). Data is hosted in EU regions. SCC + DPA for transfers.
• Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. (Ireland): payment processing. Pixoobi does not store payment details. PCI DSS compliant.
• Resend, Inc. (USA): transactional and marketing email delivery. SCC for US transfer.
• Anthropic PBC (USA): photo enhancement processing (Claude API). Anthropic does not store our photos or use them for training.
• WaveSpeed AI, Inc. (USA): photo enhancement processing. WaveSpeed does not store our photos or use them for training.
• Functional Software, Inc. (Sentry, USA): error monitoring and performance diagnostics. Receives technical error and request context; sensitive headers (cookies, authorization) are stripped before sending. SCC for US transfer.
• OpenAI, L.L.C. (USA): listing-text generation (GPT API). Receives the property details you enter for the listing. OpenAI does not use API data for training. SCC for US transfer.
• Upstash, Inc. (USA): background job queue (QStash) and rate limiting. Processes job metadata such as user and photo identifiers. SCC for US transfer.

For aerial and locality features we query public map and land-registry services with the property address: OpenStreetMap / Nominatim and national cadastre portals (for example in Slovakia and Czechia). These are public services, not contracted sub-processors, so no DPA applies. We send only the address needed for the lookup.

Your photos are stored until you delete them or your account. Account data is retained until you request deletion. After account deletion, all data is permanently removed within 30 days.

Besides the emails you ask for directly (your photos are ready, a payment receipt, an invoice), we also send registered users email about the service itself: tips on working with photos, a notice that your trial is ending, a reminder about an unfinished order, news about a new feature, or a nudge if you have not signed in for a while.

The legal basis is our legitimate interest under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR in telling users about the service they signed up for, together with the existing-customer exemption in Art. 13(2) of Directive 2002/58/EC as transposed into Slovak and Czech law. That exemption allows us to send information about our own similar services without prior consent, provided we obtained the address when you registered or ordered and every message carries an easy way to unsubscribe. We do not send you third-party offers or anything unrelated to Pixoobi; that would require your explicit consent.

You can unsubscribe at any time and without giving a reason: one click on the link in the footer of any such email, the toggle in your account settings, or a message to hello@pixoobi.com. Unsubscribing takes effect immediately and covers all of these emails. We will still send the messages your account cannot work without, namely payment receipts, invoices, failed-payment notices and email verification. This is the right to object under Art. 21 GDPR.

If you are a real estate broker and we contacted you directly via an email with a personalised demo (URL of the form pixoobi.com/ukazka/...), the following separate regime applies to that processing of your personal data.

We obtained your contact details (name, email, phone, agency) and listing photos from your publicly available profile on sreality.cz or nehnutelnosti.sk, where you, as a professional real estate broker, actively published your listing. In the context of your commercial activity, these details are publicly accessible and primarily intended for potential clients and business partners.

The legal basis for processing is legitimate interest under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR: specifically our interest in offering a relevant professional audience (B2B) a demo of a service that can directly improve the quality of their work output. We performed a balancing test (LIA) between our interest and your rights; given the B2B nature, precise targeting and low frequency of contact, we concluded that our interests do not unreasonably override your rights.

We retain contact details for a maximum of 6 months from first contact, or longer if you become an active user. Listing photos from the source portal are retained for the duration of the demo (typically 48 hours until offer expiry) and, upon your request, are immediately removed from our infrastructure (Cloudflare R2).

You have the right to object to this processing at any time (Art. 21 GDPR): without giving any reason. Simply reply to the outreach email with "stop" or write to hello@pixoobi.com. Upon receiving your request, we will delete your data within 7 days and add your email to a suppression list to prevent future contact. All other rights listed above in the "Your rights (GDPR)" section also apply.

Under GDPR, you have the following rights:

• Right of access: view all data we hold about you
• Right to rectification: correct inaccurate data
• Right to erasure: delete your account and all associated data
• Right to data portability: download a copy of your data
• Right to withdraw consent: opt out of optional data processing at any time

You can export your data or delete your account directly from Settings > Account in the app. For any other requests, contact us at hello@pixoobi.com.
