Yes. Photos sit in an encrypted Cloudflare R2 bucket, accessible only via short-lived signed URLs. The partners that power Pixoobi don't store your photos — they process and return. You can wipe everything in one click in Settings. GDPR-compliant.

How do credits and add-ons work?

100 credits = €44.90. 1 photo = 10 credits. If you want 9:16 crop for Instagram, 4K export, or a mood change, each add-on costs 5 credits and you apply it in one click after processing.

Will Google or real-estate portals flag Pixoobi photos?

No. Pixoobi photos are the real space — better lit, without clutter. We don't invent scenes or insert furniture that isn't there. Portals can't tell them apart from a photographer's shots.

What exactly does Pixoobi do to a photo?

It knows every room. It brightens dark spots, straightens crooked lines, cleans up colors, and removes clutter — stray shoes, cables, small mess. It works only with what's actually in the photo — nothing invented.

Do I need special gear?

No. Any modern phone works. You take the shot, Pixoobi handles the rest — looks like a pro shot it.

Service description

Pixoobi provides photo enhancement services for real estate professionals. We enhance property photos by improving lighting, removing clutter, and adding your branding logo.

Account registration

You must be at least 18 years old to use Pixoobi
You must provide accurate and complete registration information
One account per person — shared accounts are not permitted
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials

Acceptable use

Pixoobi is intended for real estate and property photography only
You may not upload illegal, offensive, or copyrighted content you don't own
You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, abuse, or overload our services

Intellectual property

You retain full ownership of your uploaded photos. By uploading, you grant Pixoobi a limited license to process and enhance them. Enhanced photos are yours to use without restriction. The Pixoobi brand, interface, and models remain our intellectual property.

Credit system and payments

Pixoobi runs on credits. 1 photo = 10 credits. You acquire credits by purchasing a monthly/yearly plan or a one-time top-up pack.
Monthly plans: Starter (150 credits / 15 photos for €39.90/mo), Pro (300 / 30 for €59.90/mo), Agency (1500 / 150 for €249/mo). Plans auto-renew at the end of each billing period.
Yearly billing offers price savings compared to monthly billing (~20% off).
Credits are credited to your account immediately upon payment and renew each month/year according to your billing cycle.
Unused monthly credits roll over to the next period, capped at 3× your monthly allocation (Starter: 450, Pro: 900, Agency: 4500). Credits exceeding this cap are forfeited (oldest first).
Top-up packs (Small €24.90 / 50 credits, Medium €44.90 / 100 credits, Large €99.90 / 250 credits) are one-time purchases without auto-renewal. These credits do not expire.
All payments are processed by Stripe (Stripe Inc.) in compliance with PCI DSS. Pixoobi does not store payment details.
You may cancel your monthly/yearly subscription at any time in Settings → Subscription. Access continues until the end of the current billing period, after which it does not renew.
Refunds: we do not issue refunds for purchased plans or top-up packs. Credits are consumable digital goods and become immediately available on your account upon purchase.
Waiver of the 14-day right of withdrawal: By purchasing credits, you expressly consent to the immediate provision of the service before the expiry of the 14-day withdrawal period under § 1837(l) of Czech Act No. 89/2012 Coll. (Civil Code), thereby losing your right to withdraw from the contract within that period. You will explicitly confirm this consent again at the Stripe checkout step.
We bill in EUR as the base currency; CZK and USD are available based on locale. Invoices are accessible in Settings → Invoices.

Limitation of liability

Photo enhancement is provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee specific results. Pixoobi is not liable for business decisions made based on enhanced photos. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings > Account. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of the Czech Republic.
