Pixoobi provides photo enhancement services for real estate professionals. We enhance property photos by improving lighting, removing clutter, and adding your branding logo.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use Pixoobi
• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• One account per person: shared accounts are not permitted
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials

• Pixoobi is intended for real estate and property photography only
• You may not upload illegal, offensive, or copyrighted content you don't own
• You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, abuse, or overload our services

Photo editing is intended for standard photographic post-production: light, color, perspective, sharpness, removing temporary clutter, and small decorative touch-ups to the presentation. It is not intended to change the architecture, layout, fixed fittings, or technical condition of the property, and it is not intended to hide defects.

Before publishing, you are required to check that the output matches reality: condition, layout, fittings, materials, and any text claims.

You may not remove, cover, hide, or otherwise circumvent the label the service adds to the output.

Video created from property photos may contain synthetic motion and in-between frames. It is not an authentic camera recording made directly at the property.

• Hiding defects or the technical condition of the property.
• Changing the layout or removing material fittings without labeling.
• Presenting nonexistent fittings as part of a sale or rental.
• Misleading claims about the condition, size, or character of the property.
• Removing the required label from the output.

You retain full ownership of your uploaded photos. By uploading, you grant Pixoobi a limited license to process and enhance them. Enhanced photos are yours to use without restriction. The Pixoobi brand, interface, and models remain our intellectual property.

• Pixoobi runs on credits. 1 photo = 10 credits. You acquire credits by purchasing a monthly plan or a one-time top-up pack.
• Monthly subscriptions differ by credit allowance. Select your allowance and price from the current pricing page; both are shown in your order before payment. Subscriptions renew automatically each month.
• Credits are credited to your account immediately upon payment and renew each month according to your billing cycle.
• When a solo or business subscription renews, all unused credits carry over without a quantity cap and are added to the new monthly allowance. Switching to a smaller plan does not reduce credits already received. Paid credits remain usable after the subscription ends, with no time limit. Business credits stay in the organization’s shared account.
• Top-up packs (Small $67.90 / 200 credits / 20 photos, Medium $154.90 / 500 credits / 50 photos, Large $269.00 / 1000 credits / 100 photos) are one-time purchases without auto-renewal. These credits are not part of the subscription.
• All payments are processed by Stripe (Stripe Inc.) in compliance with PCI DSS. Pixoobi does not store payment details.
• You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time in Settings → Subscription. It will not renew or be billed after the current billing period ends. Paid credits remain usable without an active subscription.
• Refunds: we do not issue refunds for purchased plans or top-up packs. Credits are consumable digital goods and become immediately available on your account upon purchase.
• Waiver of the 14-day right of withdrawal: By purchasing credits, you expressly consent to the immediate provision of the service before the expiry of the 14-day withdrawal period under § 1837(l) of Czech Act No. 89/2012 Coll. (Civil Code), thereby losing your right to withdraw from the contract within that period. You will explicitly confirm this consent again at the Stripe checkout step.
• We bill in the currency matching your locale (EUR, CZK, or USD). Invoices are accessible in Settings → Invoices.

Photo enhancement is provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee specific results. Pixoobi is not liable for business decisions made based on enhanced photos. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings > Account. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of the Czech Republic.
