Partner program rules

• Anyone with a relevant audience of real-estate professionals may apply.
• A partner link and commission eligibility begin only after Pixoobi approves and activates the partner.
• Partners use their own Pixoobi account and provide accurate contact and payout details.

• Creators earn 50% of the first qualified payment. The rate rises to 55% after 5 and 60% after 15 confirmed customers.
• Education partners earn 40% of both the first and second qualified payment.
• A higher rate applies to future new customers. Earlier commissions are not recalculated.

A qualified payment is a paid monthly self-serve subscription from a new customer that meets every program rule.

• The customer did not have a paid Pixoobi account before attribution.
• Commission is calculated from the amount paid after taxes, refunds and chargebacks are removed.
• The first commission is confirmed only after a successful second monthly payment and at least 45 days after the first payment.
• Refills, later renewals, agency offers and purchases attributed to another program do not qualify.

• A new customer must register within 60 days of clicking a valid partner link.
• The tracking cookie is stored only with the user's relevant consent.
• Attribution locks when the account is created. A code cannot be added after purchase and rewards cannot be stacked.

The portal shows pending, approved, paid, rejected and reversed commissions.

Approved commissions are paid manually using verified payout details agreed with the partner. No calendar payout date is automatically guaranteed.

• Self-referrals, connected businesses under the partner's control, false accounts and arranged refunds.
• Publishing the code on coupon or discount sites.
• Paid ads on Pixoobi, misspellings of the name or other branded search terms.
• Domains, profiles or ads that appear to be an official Pixoobi account.
• Misleading results, false before-and-after examples, or promises about prices and features Pixoobi does not provide.
• Spam, purchased contact lists and outreach without the required legal basis.

Pixoobi may suspend or end a partnership, review suspicious conversions, and reject or reverse commission after a rule breach, refund or chargeback.

Pixoobi may change pilot terms for future activity. The rate and status recorded for each commission remain visible in the partner portal.
